In purchasing a ticket for the show floor, you agree to the following rules:
1. Tickets are completely non refundable. Non transferable. No exceptions.
2. Visitors will be allowed to bring 1 baby on the show floor and it must be checked in prior to the show (NO COUNTERFEITS we support only Authentic)
3. NO strollers allowed on show floor or in events. Strollers can be a hazard in the event of an emergency. You may use them in hotel and lobby
4. NO pets allowed. (With the exception of Trained Support animals.)
5. NO food or drinks allowed
We will have Water stations on the show room floor.
6. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 3 are free.
7. EARLY BIRD TICKETS are good for Saturday only, for a 30 min early entry to the showroom floor before the public.
8. Showroom Floor Entrance.
Tickets will be sold at the door we will accept cash and Zelle.
9. By entering the show floor and/or events, you are agreeing to be videotaped and/or photographed.
10. You may NOT sell or advertise yourself at the show if you are not a vendor. This includes handing out business cards or wearing social media advertising etc. please respect the paid vendors.
11. Bracelets are NON replaceable. If you lose your bracelet you must buy another
Early Bird Tickets
Early Bird : Early Bird Tickets are tickets sold in advance only and will not be available for purchase at the show. 100 tickets will be sold with the first 40 getting a exclusive Early Bird Bag. Your ticket is good for Saturday only. If you wish to enter on Sunday a general admission ticket will need to be purchased at the showroom.
What is the Early Bird Ticket?
This ticket allows you to enter the showroom floor 30 minutes before the general public to browse and shop on Saturday only. Don't miss this opportunity to get EXACTLY what you want.

*ALL TICKETS for the West Coast Doll Show must be purchased directly from us.
***No third party tickets will be accepted.

***Event Tickets and Early Bird Bags will be available for pick up at the show on Friday during the pick up times provided. We will allow Saturday morning pick up before the show starts. ***Please have your Email or Name tickets where purchased under with identification to pick up your Event Tickets.
Children under 3 years old are free with one paid Adult. No!!! Strollers are allowed on the showroom floor. This is for safety.
Out of respect to our Vendors and Sculpters we Only allow AUTHENTIC dolls on the SHOWROOM Floor. Thank you for understanding.
